This must be the best bread recipe I have ever seen. I could eat this every single day.

Instructions
  1. Mix ALL dry ingredients (including the yeast) into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the water
  3. mix (on 1) until thoroughly combined
  4. kneed the dough (I use the electric mixer with the dough hook)
  5. Put the dough in a well lubricated bowl and cover lightly for about 1 hour to proof the bread
  6. Once the dough has risen to double its original size, dump it out onto the counter and flatten it into a rectangle
  7. lightly lubricate a 5x9 bread pan
  8. fold the dough to fit the pan and make sure to secure any seems and remove any air from the dough
  9. let the dough rise to double again in the bread pan
  10. (about 15 minutes before it's done rising you will want to preheat your oven to 350 degrees f.)
  11. cut a slit lengthwise on the top
  12. Bake for 35 minutes
